Preferred Program Created? |
| A co-operative incentive program to help offset
the cost of the Panda Safety Catalog. Panda works closely with
the vendors to help insure maximum co-op dollars are allocated
to the catalog. |
To provide distributors with incentive to buy
the products of featured manufacturers. This has been done by
renegotiating better co-operative advertising rates for the distributor. |

| Panda is always willing to talk to manufacturers
about our Panda Preferred Program. |
This program only requires that Panda Preferred
Vendors reimburse their distributors within the same year that
the catalog is purchased. |
